Evaluating the opportunity together
- Badger Hill will work towards a Letter of Intent (LOI), a deal proposal outlining key terms
- We will ask for some additional information; you can interview us as well
- This phase culminates in agreement on key deal points, with a signed LOI
Confirmatory diligence and preparing to close
- We will engage advisors to conduct confirmatory due diligence and to prepare a transaction agreement
- This is also an important time to plan for a smooth transition
- With a finalized transaction agreement we will formally close
Transitioning the business
- Together we will announce the transaction, transition management responsibilities, and minimize disruption for customers and employees
