Exploring the opportunity together

  • We will use the next few weeks to determine what a transaction would look like, culminating in the delivery of a Letter of Intent (LOI) providing you with clarity on the detailed terms of our deal
  • We will also use this time to get to know each other and discuss joint objectives to ensure alignment
  • We will need some additional information, and you can interview us

Preparing to transition

  • Once we've agreed upon and signed the LOI, we'll ask that you share all the things we'll need to lead the business, and we will engage financial and legal experts to conduct confirmatory diligence
  • This is an important time to plan a smooth handoff and ensure a bright future
  • Once we've completed confirmatory diligence and finalized the transaction agreement, we will close and fund
